We are incredibly proud of our Chair and Director of Operations, Michele McGuirk, who has been shortlisted for the ????? ??? ????????????? ?? ??? ???? ?????? ???? in the ?????? ????????? category.

Michele’s career is a masterclass in professional growth. Her story began in Artane, where she was inspired by her mum’s business making Irish dancing costumes at the kitchen table. She started working at age 18 behind the bank counter and today she steers Clinch; a boutique wealth management firm for Ireland’s leading professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs. In Michele’s career she has redefined what leadership looks like in financial services.

Since she joined just over a decade ago, Clinch has undergone a transformation, with a greatly enhanced brand based on our commitment to arts and community, growth in AUM from €175M to €675M and the most beautiful offices in Dublin.

This nomination is not just a recognition of Michele’s commercial acumen; it’s a celebration of her ethos: integrity, empathy, and excellence are the essential foundations of a successful, sustainable business.
