The Clinch team had the pleasure of hearing from the very insightful and highly entertaining Bernard Jackman, on the topic of ‘A High Performance Culture‘. The Irish former rugby union player’s story-telling style is particularly engaging, and we could have sat forever hearing about his many exploits and experiences both on and off the pitch.  All of his stories were cleverly chosen to help deliver 3 core messages that resonated strongly with the team i.e. be clear on purpose, team first and never give up.  It was most definitely a thought-leadership session with a difference.
